Online Complaint Form


The complaints procedure of the Ontario College of Reflexology (OCR) addresses issues related to professional misconduct, incompetence, or incapacity among Certified Reflexologists registered with the college.

To submit an official complaint, please fill out the form available through the link below. It is important to include as much detailed information as you can about your complaint.

Complaint

During the procedure, the Reflexologist who is the subject of your complaint will be informed about it. They will receive a copy of your complaint and will be requested to provide a response. While your name might be shared with the Reflexologist, your contact details (such as address, phone number, and email) will remain confidential and will not be revealed to the Reflexologist. However, if you fail to provide the college with accurate contact information for communication purposes, the college will be unable to proceed with your complaint. Additionally, the OCR may access the client's personal health information as part of the investigation into the complaint.

Without explicit written permission, Reflexologists must not communicate with complainants, either directly or indirectly, after being notified that a complaint has been registered with the college.

If the grievance concerns actions or behavior of a sexual or violent nature, it is advised to reach out to the police to consider filing assault charges if deemed necessary.

Please be aware that OCR cannot:

  • Assess injury or award compensation;
  • Process complaints about Reflexolgists who are not registered with OCR or is not a member in good standing; and
  • If determined to be at fault, the sole available action is to suspend the membership or registration of the Reflexologist.
