• Go to providerConnect.ca to sign up as a registered provider
  • Click on Provider Registry
  • Click on Health Professional
  • Sign up on their online registry
• Once registered, Green Shield will contact OCR for verification of your status as a current Certified member in good standing.
• After verification, Green Shield will provide you with a provider number and a link to sign up to activate your account.
